Arguments

: :res A Boolean matrix.

Description
~~~~~~~~~~~

`res = isascii(str)` returns TRUE (%T) if c is a 7-bit US-ASCII
character code between 0 and octal 0177 inclusive. otherwise returns
FALSE (%F)
