Restore the configuration from the backup file

    atomsRestoreConfig()




Description
~~~~~~~~~~~

`atomsRestoreConfig` checks that a config.bak file exists, and set it
as the main confiuration file. The backup file is deleted in the
process.

    atomsRestoreConfig();
