Description
~~~~~~~~~~~

returns `gm` with `gm` and `gm^-1` stable such that:


::

    `gtild`_(g)*g = `gtild`_(gm)*gm


`g` and `gm` are continuous-time linear systems in state-space form.

Imaginary-axis poles are forbidden.
