Description
~~~~~~~~~~~

Returns scilab mode. 4 modes are possible: STD, API, NW, NWNI.

`API`: Scilab is launch as an API.

`STD`: the standard Scilab (gui, plot ...).

`NW`: Scilab in command line with the plots.

`NWNI`: Scilab in command line without any graphics.
