get scilab libraries

Arguments

:s a string matrix

Description
~~~~~~~~~~~

return in `s` all libraries on scilab stack.

libraries are scanned from the lastest loaded to the first one.

    // to sort list
    l =  `gsort`_(librarieslist(),'r','i')
