Description
~~~~~~~~~~~

`tohome()` moves the cursor to the upper-left corner of the Command
Window and clears the screen.

You can use the scroll bar to see the history of previous functions.

Note that `tohome()` cannot be used under Windows platforms when
Scilab used in no window mode.
